So we had the sickies at Christmas and let me just say that Christmas was NOT fun this year!! Bri got a stomach virus about 3 days before we traveled to TN. She got over it quick aside from still not having much of an appetite. I sprayed so much lysol and I guess it worked because none of the rest of us got the stomach bug. But at the same time Bri was sick Nattie came down w/a horrible cold and I decided to take her to the doc before we traveled to be safe that it was nothing more serious. He said just a cold. But she kept getting worse and worse all the thru the holiday and then Maggie came down w/it on Christmas Eve.
Here's how the trip went. 4.5 hours in the car with two screaming babies!! They cried, especially Nattie, the whole entire time we were at my Mom's. They didn't sleep and they didn't eat. They would not let anybody else hold them or even speak to or look at them. We didn't get to eat a meal with the rest of the family. And did I mention we didn't get to sleep!!! Then they cried most of the 4.5 hour trip home!!! We were all so exhausted and at least everybody did start sleeping again when we got home. I called the doc last Friday and asked for an antibiotic and finally they are starting to feel better. They are cutting teeth like crazy too so that could have been part of it. O.K. that is 2 Christmases in a row with the twins that have not been very pleasant. Let's hope the 3rd year is a charm and we really do have a Merry Christmas.
I know you will see some pics here that aren't all tears but let me just say that probably 5 secs before and after these were taken, they WERE CRYING!!!
And oh yeah, how could I forget the good part!! CHET is the most wonderful hubby!! He went shopping the day before Christmas Eve and brought me home an early present..........
CANON REBEL XT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it and I was so surprised and happy!! Now I just have to learn how to use it!!! These pics were taken with it.

I am glad you figured out how to get your pictures in order! YOur three girls are so cute in their matching jammies. I am so sorry for such a miserable sick holiday. Poor you! You will love the camera. I have that one too and it my most prized possession!
I am so sorry you had such a sick Christmas this year!!! I cannot even imagine the drive with all the crying! That is why we never go anywhere. I am not willing to risk it! LOL I am a wimp :-) I was the one sick this year... in bed from the 23rd until the 26th. I got up for presents only.
Where did you get those chairs for the girls? are they the ones from Walmart? I saw a Mickey Mouse one I wanted to get for Thomas, but i was afraid they would be too big for him or else he'd stand on them and crash.
WTG on your Christmas gift!! That is a great gift!!! My dh would NEVER get a surprise gift that great. He cannot even figure it out WITH a list! NO JOKE! He totally botched the list I gave him! LOL
